RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At SokCurl™, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because SokCurl™ is a personal hair care product, our return policy is strictly governed by hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

The product is unopened in its original, sealed packaging.

The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

The packaging shows no signs of tampering, hair, fibers, odors, or debris.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Any product that has been removed from its packaging, used on hair, or returned in a damaged/soiled condition will be denied a refund and may be disposed of or sent back at the customer's expense.
2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at admin@sokcurl.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation: You must include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the defect.

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and issue a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
3. RETURN PROCESS & AUTHORIZATION
Do not send items back without prior approval.
1. Request: Email admin@sokcurl.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Approval: If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the designated return address.
3. Shipping: Except in cases of manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it will undergo a manual inspection.

Approved Returns: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Rejected Returns: If an item is found to be used, opened, or damaged, no refund will be issued. We will notify you of the rejection via email.
5. STYLING RESULTS & SATISFACTION
Results from heatless styling vary based on hair type, texture, and technique and are not guaranteed. While we want you to love your curls, we do not offer refunds based on styling results once the product has been used.

6. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Promotional items, "Bundle" deals at a discount, or items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
